As a Navy Veteran, an Executive from aerospace industry, and a single mother, my career path was nothing but easy. The military taught me about accountability, leadership and trust. The aerospace industry taught me about technology, strategy, and business. Motherhood taught me the importance of unconditional love, patience, and sacrifice. But no one had taught me how to manage my own career and life…it's messy and complicated.
I realized early in my career I had to become my own champion. It was up to me to take my career growth and personal development into my own hands.

When I was invited to the head of the leadership table, I was ready, but I still needed more. That is when I discovered coaching. It took me from pre-suite to c-suite. It was the key to creating impactful change.
